Physiotherapists are considered primary healthcare providers, so you have the freedom to seek their services directly. Our team, however, appreciates any background information provided by your doctor to better understand your condition and provide you with optimal care.
We suggest wearing comfortable and loose-fitting clothing that allows for unrestricted movement during your session. The specific attire may vary depending on the area of focus. In case you forget to bring suitable clothing, rest assured that we offer gowns and shorts for your convenience.
We have the capability to directly bill most insurance companies, depending on the specifics of your policy. Our team will assist you by contacting your insurance provider to determine the coverage and reimbursement details. If direct billing is not permitted by your insurance company, we can provide you with the necessary invoices to facilitate your reimbursement process. You can submit these invoices to your insurance for claim processing and receive the applicable funds.
